In the 15 years that I have been an attorney, I have picked over 60 juries in different counties across the State, from Pensacola and Orlando to South Florida.  During this time, I have also acquired considerable experience writing effective appellate briefs and petitions for writs in Florida's appellate courts. After graduating from the University of Florida with a degree in Business, I studied law at Florida State University.  Half of my career has been devoted to gaining experience as an Assistant Public Defender.  For several years now, I have had my own private practice, focusing on criminal trial defense and appeals throughout the State. 

I am NOT a former Prosecutor - my career has been devoted to the defense of people, not their prosecution.

I am available for a free, initial consultation in all of the counties from Orange and Osceola down the east coast through Miami-Dade.  I can represent people in other parts of the State on a case by case basis.
